Our facility offers solutions in the Resort stay option, with homes and villas surrounded by greenery for your privacy and relaxation.
The houses are located along the entire surface of the resort, starting from the highest area (400mt) up to solutions close to the sea (50mt).
All the accommodation types of our Resort in Rodi Garganico, Puglia range from one-room to three-room solutions and from simple solutions (standard category) to solutions equipped with refined furnishings (comfort category).
The comfort category units are all equipped with TV, air conditioning and sea-view terraces.
All types have private bathroom, verandas or terraces to stay outdoors and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Mandatory surcharges to be paid on the spot:
Kitchenette cleaning, if not performed by the customer: € 30
Extra guests not registered or included in the specified quotations: € 140 per week / € 20 per night
First-row umbrella € 30 per week, second-row umbrella € 20 per week, third-row umbrella € 15 per week
Municipal tourist tax € 2.00 per night per person aged over 12 for the first 10 nights.
Air conditioning: € 8 per day / € 56 per week, available only in the units equipped with a system.
Sea-view or double bathroom: € 8 per day / € 56 per week;
TV rental: € 30 per week
Parking space in the indoor parking garage: € 8 per day in August; € 6 per day in the other periods
First-row umbrella € 8 per day / € 50 per week; second-row umbrella € 6 per day / € 40 per week
Bed linen: € 16 double bed / € 8 single bed (initial supply or change)
Bathroom linen: € 10 per set – a set includes a shower towel, a face towel and a guest towel (initial supply or change)
0/2-year-olds free of charge if sleeping with their parents (max 1 child) or € 35 per week if sleeping in a cot
Children aged 3 -10 with an additional bed € 105 per week
Pets are allowed with a one-time surcharge of € 50. They are not allowed to the pools and the beach.
