What is the difference between Village and Residence?
The units of the Village are single homes or small groups of units, each with an independent entrance. The distance of the units from the sea may thus vary (400 mt to 50 mt) depending on their location in the 6 hectares of the village.
On the other hand, the apartments of the Complex are located within a single structure, where our hotel is also situated in an intermediate location between the sea and the entrance to the village about 250 mt from the beach.
All the units, both those in the Village area and those in the Residence area, are complete with kitchenette, private bathroom and a space for enjoying lunches and dinners outdoors. Services such as beach, pools, bar, convenience store, parking lot and offices can only be reached on foot, independently of the stay area (village, residence, hotel or campsite), and they are all common to guests.
Can anyone not staying at the hotel add a half or full board option?
Yes, guests who book a unit with kitchenette in the "stay-only" option can also buy half-board or full-board packages on the spot at the restaurant of the village.
Those who book a B&B option in the hotel can also modify it into a half-board or full-board option on the spot.
What are the differences between hotel and apartment stay options?
The hotel option always includes breakfast, the daily cleaning of the room and linen change in the basic price. Double, triple and quadruple rooms are available.
The apartment option provides accommodation in units with various sizes (one-room to three-room apartments), all complete with kitchenette. The basic price does not include any meal.
Bed and bathroom linen is available for hire, with extra supply on request. This stay option does not include any meal and cleaning arrangement.
Why are prices on some portals different from those on the website?
Please note that booking from our official website is always more convenient!
Prices sometimes differ for several reasons:
1) Because services can be included or excluded on the various websites and different cancellation and payment options are offered.
Depending on the conditions of the purchased rate (late payment, early payment, non-refundable rate), the price of the same room/accommodation unit may differ.
2) Our facility offers many types of accommodation (hotel rooms - standard and sea-view; standard and comfort one-room/two-room/three-room apartments) and if the accommodation category differs on different sites, the price may also differ.
Is it possible to add a fourth bed in the triple room of the hotel?
No, no extra beds may be added in triple rooms. Quadruple/family rooms should be booked.
Is the facility directly by the sea?
Yes, the facility is overlooking the sea with direct access and a difference in height of 40 meters. The paths inside the facility are sloping and may not be suitable for all guests.
How do you reach the beach?
Only on foot, from within the facility, without any external route. It is a private, equipped fine white sand beach and the sea slopes slowly.
Is the tourist tax included in the online rate?
No, the municipal tourist tax is excluded and varies according to the booked accommodation category (hotel room, apartment or camping pitch).
The amount of the tax is € 2.00 per night per person for those staying in an apartment or camping pitch and € 2.40 per night per person for those staying in the hotel.
It is applied to guests aged over 12 and for the first 10 nights.
The payment of the tourist tax is due on the spot, at check-in and only in cash.
When is the final payment due?
The final payment of the vacation is due on the spot, at check-in and can be made in cash, by debit card, Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Bank or postal checks are not accepted.
